Overview
The CH446Q is an 8x16 matrix analog switch chip. The CH446Q contains 128 analog switches which distributed at each intersection of the 8x16 signal path matrix, each analog switch can be turned on or off independently, enabling arbitrary routing of 8x16 signal paths. The CH446X is a 5x24 matrix analog switch chip. The CH446X contains 120 analog switches distributed at each intersection of the 5x24 signal path matrix. Each analog switch can be turned on or off independently, enabling arbitrary routing of 5x24 signal channels.
Features
- CH446Q has built-in 128 independent analog switches, distributed at each intersection of the 8x16 signal path matrix.
- CH446X has built-in 120 independent analog switches, distributed at each intersection of the 5x24 signal path matrix.
- The CH446Q supports 7-bit parallel address input and is compatible with existing products.
- Supports serial address shift input and saves pins.
- Supports single supply voltages from 4V to 12V and supports dual supply voltages of +5V and -7V.
- When the positive and negative supply voltage difference is 12V, the on-resistance Ron is at most 65Ω, and ΔRon does not exceed 10Ω.
- Pure CMOS process with low static power.
- The LQFP44 is available in a lead-free package, compatible with RoHS, providing a conversion board that is converted to a PLCC44 package.
