It provides 62K FLASH program space, supports 48MHz system clock frequency, 3.3V and 5V power supply, and has rich peripheral resources such as dual OPA or PGA, 3 analog CMPs, 12-bit ADC, 14-channel Touchkey, 2 advanced timers, 4 USARTs, I2C, SPI, programmable protocol I/O controller (PIOC), etc.

As Type-C characteristic MCUs, CH32X035 series integrates USB Power Delivery controller and PD BMC PHY, USB controller and PHY, and also supports USB PD power transfer, fast charging and USB data communication functions for USB Type-C interface.
